The Trust has created a conversion tool that can easily take your existing DIIS claim and review data and convert it to another DIIS claim. This conversion tool provides the quickest way to search for any previously filed DIIS claim from the Conversion page and electronically transfer information to a new DIIS claim.
The DII Silica Trust which consists of the HAL and HW entities can only be converted and linked between the two entities. They cannot be linked to, converted to, or converted from any other Trust on Trust Online.
Prior to submitting the converted DII Silica Trust claim, Trust Online provides detailed claim data and review decisions that were made during the review process of the existing claim. For detailed instructions on how to convert a claim, click here to access the user manual.
To take full advantage of the conversion tool, simply complete an “Electronic Filer Agreement”. The Trust will then create your DII Silica Trust Online Account.
